Do I really need to do “Brand”?

A lot of marketing agencies claim to do brand. We’re not that. We actually know brand. We know it has to go deep. We know it has to be authentic, true and honest, no bullshit. We know it has to express what’s at the heart of what you want to do, and connect with the people you need to hear it. 
It’s not just a set of colours or a “quick logo”. If that’s what you want, we won’t be a good fit for you.

Why do we focus on impact-focused, female leaders and founders as clients?

As an impact-focused company with a female founder (!) we can categorically state, these are the clients whose work we believe in, and who we want to see more of in the world! We’re here to champion and support those individuals that are ready and willing to step out of that broken system and create their own – one where they can show up fully as themselves, authentically and unapologetically.

What makes your approach different and relevant to me?

We know that the future is rooted in a feminine approach – that leads with kindness, nurturing, compassion and the collective. We want to actively support those that embrace this way of working and amplify their work – the Good Work we like to call it, for the good of themselves, their communities and their clients.

Would we be a good fit?

We work with highly motivated, highly self-aware individuals and those looking for a new way of branding and building organisations. Our engagements are bespoke. We change it up, every time, to make sure you get exactly what you need – nothing cookie cutter about it. That means we’ll be working closely together – so we both need to be sure we fully respect and like each other before we start.

You will go to an application form with a few questions. We’re extremely intentional with who we work with and only take on clients with whom we have a genuine connection and alignment of values. The work demands a lot from the team and so building something that works in tandem with our mission is key. You can APPLY NOW to complete a simple set of questions to sense-check fit.

How much do you cost?

It depends on what you need. Some of our clients work with us on a project by project basis, others on a retainer basis. We have both £GBP and $USD payment options, with flexible payment plans to help with your cash flow.
We believe that investing in brand is just that – an investment in an asset that will make an impact on your bottom line, your team and your culture. We measure the impact of our work, to ensure that it makes an impact to yours. In our experience, our brand work is well worth the money, is of high value and long-term impact

I need to get started yesterday. Can you rush it?

In short: No.
While we know you might be chomping at the bit to get started, our process has been honed over years and is purposely designed to get the best results.
We choose quality over quantity and speed, purposely only taking on a limited number of clients a year so we can deliver an attentive, personable experience. Minimum project time for a brand is 3-4 months.

What is Boudica’s relationship with Box Creative?

Like most things, they come to an end. Entering our 7th year, we realised that what got us here wasn’t going to get us there – so we rebranded, we did our own process on ourselves and ended up here.

Our team is based in the UK with partners and freelancers around the world (Europe, India, West and East Coast USA, Australia). Our business time zone is GMT/BST, and well adapted to working EST time zone.
